You will engage in dynamic problem identification and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. This role requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining system stability and performance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues promptly. - Document findings and solutions to enhance team knowledge and future troubleshooting efforts. - Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential areas of improvement. - Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on common issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, AI & Data Solution Architecture. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing software issues. - Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to analyze application behavior. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
