This role requires coordinating multiple projects by managing contracts and facilitating shared service collaboration. The position also focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to secure their engagement and support, thereby advancing the strategic objectives of the organization. The role demands continuous communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to align project goals with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations. - Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and improve team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong knowledge of device management and security policies within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to endpoint management. - Experience in deploying and managing mobile device management solutions at scale. - Familiarity with cloud-based service management and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
