Must have skills : Google Generative AI Studio Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Google Cloud AI Trainer, you will lead and deliver enterprise-scale technical enablement programs across Google Cloud Core, Google Cloud Data, and Google Cloud AI domains. Your typical day will involve delivering instructor-led training, designing hands-on labs, developing certification-focused learning paths, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive cloud capability development. You will engage with learners, clients, and internal teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and industry best practices. Your role will require a proactive approach to curriculum development, learner engagement, mentorship, and continuous innovation to support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage training programs to ensure successful learning outcomes. Responsible for training delivery quality, learner engagement, and certification readiness. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions related to cloud capability development. Provide solutions to technical and learning challenges for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions across Google Cloud Core, Data, and AI domains. Design and maintain hands-on labs, capstone projects, and certification-aligned assessments. Customize learning programs based on client requirements, cloud adoption maturity, and business objectives. Mentor trainers, learning architects, and team members to build organizational capability. Develop post-training reports, learner insights, and performance dashboards. Communicate training outcomes and certification progress to stakeholders. Monitor learner progress and implement improvement initiatives as required. Stay updated with Google Cloud releases and incorporate new capabilities into training content. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) training delivery. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in Google Cloud Core services including Compute Engine, GKE, App Engine, IAM, Networking, Security, and Cloud Storage. Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Bigtable, and Cloud Spanner. Strong understanding of Google Cloud AI services including Vertex AI, AutoML, ML Pipelines, Gemini APIs, Document AI, and Contact Center AI. Experience preparing learners for Google Cloud certifications such as ACE, PCA, Professional Data Engineer, and Professional Machine Learning Engineer. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and enterprise learning best practices. Ability to develop and maintain hands-on labs, projects, and learning assessments. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to utilize learning management and reporting tools for tracking learner performance and certification progress. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Google Cloud technologies and enterprise training delivery. Google Cloud certifications across Core, Data, and AI domains are highly preferred. Experience delivering large-scale ILT/VILT programs and certification-focused training is desirable. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
