Senior Executive

Job description

The Senior Executive Architecture will support the in-house design and execution of hospital infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with healthcare standards operational needs and regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on architectural detailing design coordination and documentation to contribute to efficient and patient-centric hospital environments.

Key Responsibility Statement

1. Design Development & Documentation

Assist in preparing concept to construction drawings for hospitals and allied facilities.

Develop coordinated layouts and detailed drawings in consultation with the Manager Architecture.

Ensure designs comply with National Building Codes (2016)local regulations and healthcare standards.

2. Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with MEPF structural engineers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Support multi-disciplinary coordination for design alignment and execution feasibility.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for layout optimization and design discussions.

3. Project Execution & Compliance

Assist in preparing statutory drawings for approvals and ensuring compliance with building by-laws.

Support site visits to monitor architectural execution and adherence to design intent.

Ensure alignment with project specifications BOQ and standardization requirements.

Key Interactions

Internal: Engineering biomedical facility teams project management and hospital operations teams.

External: Government authorities town planning bodies regulatory agencies and design consultants.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

6 - 8 years of experience in healthcare/ hospital design.

Bachelors/Master s in Architecture Civil Engineering or Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, MS Office.

Understanding of building codes healthcare planning guidelines and material specifications.

Behavioral:

Ability to take direction execute tasks independently and work within a team.

Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
