Role Overview
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who will own the entire paid lead generation journey for Echelon Edge's in-house products. This role demands hands-on campaign execution, landing page ownership, CRM integration, and close alignment with sales to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Drive SEO and SMO strategies to improve organic visibility
- Create and manage campaign assets in collaboration with the content and design teams
- Ensure campaigns are performance-driven with focus on CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
Customer Journey & Funnel Ownership
Understand and map the buyer journey for each productTake ownership of landing pages — from copy and layout recommendations to A / B testingStrategize lead capture forms, CTAs, and page flow to drive conversionsCRM & Lead Management
Manage lead capture, tagging, and nurturing within CRM (HubSpot / Zoho)Track campaign-sourced leads and support MQL handover to the sales teamEnsure CRM data hygiene and lead pipeline visibility for reportingPerformance Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign health using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboardsReport weekly / monthly performance metrics and actionable insightsContinuously suggest optimizations based on dataRequired Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in B2B or product-based IT)Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta AdsStrong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Good understanding of SEO, SMO, and landing page optimizationData-driven mindset with familiarity in campaign analytics tools (GA4, UTM tracking, etc.)Ability to collaborate across content, design, and sales functionsGood to Have :
