Project Role Description :
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware / software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions / vendors / brands. Work includes L1 and L2 / basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.Must have skills :

Job Summary :
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner , you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will configure services on various platforms, implement technology at the operating system level, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform independently and become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Infra Tech Support .Participate actively in team discussions, contributing to solutions for work-related problems.Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.Configure services running on various platforms and implement technology at the operating system level.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at both L1 and L2 levels , ensuring timely resolutions.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and swiftly resolve any arising issues.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to apply best practices.Assist in documenting processes and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.Professional & Technical Skills :
Must-Have Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration .Strong understanding of server and network areas .Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.Knowledge of software solutions / vendors / brands .Familiarity with operating within defined operating models and processes .Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V .Additional Information :
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration .A 15 years full-time education is required.Skills Required
