PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, etc.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimizecampaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, andareas for optimization.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools,and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Generate regular reports to showcase campaign performance and provideactionable recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensurecohesive campaign execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to driveinnovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A / B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign elements,including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights andcampaign performance analysis.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emergingtechnologies to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing paid media campaigns across variousplatforms.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, FacebookAds, Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provideactionable insights.
Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance (e.g.,Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to presentfindings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends andbest practices.
