About the Role

We are hiring OTM Consultants and Senior OTM Consultants who will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud , SQL , and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices . Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects .
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
• Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.
• Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.
• Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment .
• Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.
