Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive (Night Shift) located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management processes, addressing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The HR Executive will also participate in workforce planning and development activities.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
• Experience in an on-site HR role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
