We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive / Senior Executive specialized in IT Recruitment to join our dynamic team at a 23-year-old IT company in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector, and will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.Skills Required
