We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Executive / Senior Executive specialized in IT Recruitment to join our dynamic team at a 23-year-old IT company in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector, and will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and processes to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.

Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
