Job description
This is a supervisory position reporting to top management and requires excellent management of people and processes to deliver key results for the organization. High performing individuals with willingness to shoulder critical responsibilities can apply. Candidates aspiring for middle management roles are desirable.
This is work from office job in Mylapore, Chennai
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, support) and external clients
- Handle customer communications, escalations, and issue resolution
- Track and report operational and team performance metrics
- Support HR operations including basic admin
- Monitor SLA adherence and ensure continuous process improvement
- Report directly to senior leadership
