Job descriptionHandle parent inquiries (calling + walk-in). Explain benefits of Your Own Class online education. Present demo classes and academic features. Convert leads into admissions. Maintain parent follow-ups via CRM. Add leads, update follow-ups, track agent leads. Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports. Maintain student database and status changes. Ensure all staff use CRM properly. Recruit teachers for Gujarati medium Std 1–10 subjects. Take demo sessions & evaluate teaching ability. Prepare teacher schedule and timetable. Maintain class quality, attendance & feedback. Coordinate with technical team for smooth sessions. Supervise tele-calling team, admin staff, and support staff. Conduct daily morning meetings. Maintain discipline, process, and performance. Solve day-to-day operational issues. Graduation in any field (Education or Management preferred). 7–10 years experience in : EdTech / Coaching / School marketing Agency development (insurance-style) Sales + Operations Strong communication in Gujarati & English . Hands-on CRM usage. Ability to manage teachers, staff & field partners. Good presentation skills. Target-driven Leadership qualities Confident speaker Tech-savvy Positive, disciplined, honest Strong follow-up & reporting habit
Salary : Rs. 5.0 Lacs to 7.5 Lacs PA Plus Perks

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Manager who can expand our online classes across Gujarat by appointing District & Taluka agents, counselling parents for student enrollment, managing CRM, leading staff, and coordinating teacher onboarding & class operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Agent Appointment & Management
- Identify, approach & appoint District / Taluka level agents .
- Train new agents about Your Own Class platform and benefits.
- Maintain weekly communication with agents.
- Monitor agent performance inside CRM.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets through partners.
B. Parent Counselling & Direct Admissions

D. Teacher Enrollment & Class Operations
