Why this job matters :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our development team and contribute to the delivery of world-class web and mobile applications. In this role, you will help

shape and execute the engineering strategy and roadmap that supports BT’s commercial goals, driving technical excellence, innovation, and high-impact delivery across cross-functional teams

What you’ll be doing :

• Technical Ownership : Actively participate in solution design, coding, code reviews, and technical discussions to deliver robust and scalable applications.
• Web Application Development : Build, enhance, and maintain responsive and performant web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Mobile Development : Develop and deploy Android and iOS applications leveraging Flutter and related technologies, following clean architecture principles.
• Quality Engineering : Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and continuous integration to ensure product stability and quality.
• Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with fellow engineers, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage effectively with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering teams to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
