About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Product Designer – UI / UX Expert who can combine design expertise with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces — you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences , aligning design with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.

You’ll collaborate closely with BD, Developers, Project Managers, and Product Teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle — from research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and testing.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive user flows and scalable design systems .
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to quickly validate design ideas.
• Perform UI / UX audits and testing to optimize customer journeys and improve conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed with high fidelity and performance.
• Work with business and strategy teams to align product features with market trends and user needs .
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging design patterns, product design tools, and UX best practices .
