Job descriptionMentor teams on best practices in AI / ML development and system integration. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption. Translate business needs into AI solutions while bridging technical and non-technical teams. Present designs and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Build AI systems capable of handling large data volumes and complex computations. Optimize systems for production efficiency and monitor performance. Embed security, data privacy, and ethical AI principles into solution designs. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards. Oversee seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems. Define CI / CD strategies for deploying and monitoring AI models. Evaluate post-deployment performance and lead optimization efforts. Drive innovation through exploration of new AI use cases. 7+ years in software architecture; Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Expertise in DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of the AI / ML lifecycle and data engineering. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, NLP, or computer vision.
