Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation, prioritization, and planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to scaling the product organization and its processes.
