Regional Growth Specialist

In this role, you will establish and set up infrastructure, operations, and compliance for our India office. This includes recruiting and training a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.

You will drive the sales and marketing strategy in India to achieve performance KPIs and revenue targets. Develop local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Represent us at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.

• Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market is essential.
• A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent us with credibility is required.
• Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals is necessary.
