Job Description :
We are seeking experienced professionals to lead BPO Solutioning efforts for various domains (BFS / F&A / Healthcare / Insurance) . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design for telecom clients across customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of winning BPO solutions for the above-mentioned sector RFPs / RFIs including effort estimation, commercials, and delivery models.
- Architect contact center and customer experience solutions leveraging omnichannel, AI / ML, RPA, and speech analytics platforms.
- Act as a strategic advisor during client discussions and solution walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain consulting teams to articulate value propositions and differentiators.
- Drive bid defense presentations, capability demonstrations, and pricing negotiations.
- Liaise with delivery, technology, workforce management, and transformation teams to validate solutions.
- Work closely with partnership / alliance teams to incorporate third-party tools / platforms into solution designs.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in CX, customer expectations, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously innovate solution frameworks to enhance competitiveness and relevance.
Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of total experience with at least 7 years in BPO solutioning.Proven track record in leading large, complex presales cycles and winning strategic deals.Experience in designing digital solutions using RPA, AI bots, NLP, voice analytics, etc.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to global delivery models and experience working with international clients is preferred.For further information, kindly reach out to us at ruchita.khole@credencehrservices.com
