Job Summary :

The MwRRemote Monitoring Engineer focuses on diagnosing and addressing issues related to hardware and software through service request management and proactive monitoring routines. They ensure timely interventions improving system uptime and leveraging tools like telemetry and diagnostic software.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor system health and assess device compliance issues daily.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software configuration problems.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures.
• Perform verification checks for system compatibility and user functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to manage device incidents and escalate unresolved issues.
