Job description

Job Title : Content Localization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Content Localization Manager to lead the global content localization process for our products, ensuring high-quality localized content is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Determine scope, timelines, and deliverables for end-to-end localization projects.
  • Oversee translation workflows using Smartling / XTM, maintaining consistency with Translation Memories, glossaries, and style guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content readiness.
  • Manage localization vendors, track key performance indicators, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in localization project management.
  • Proficiency with Smartling and XTM Translation Management System tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with internationalization and multilingual Quality Assurance is a plus.
