Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Engineer, based in Vapi. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and users. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and hardware, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with maintaining and updating technical documentation, collaborating with other teams to resolve issues, and providing feedback to improve product performance.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Software and Hardware systems

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain and update technical documentation

Experience in collaboration and feedback provision

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience in the mobile technology industry is a plus
