We’re now hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling fashion and lifestyle brands through paid media. This role demands both strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to drive strategy, execution, and business growth.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for multiple fashion and lifestyle clients under Reason & Beyond. Your work will directly impact brand visibility, revenue, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads for multiple fashion & lifestyle brands.
• Develop and execute scaling strategies that consistently deliver 4x+ growth.
• Handle 3+ accounts simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, lead generation, and conversions.
• Build creative testing frameworks and funnel strategies tailored to the fashion & lifestyle industries.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.
• Take ownership of client accounts, ensuring results are aligned with growth goals.
