Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams, and creating and delivering sales presentations. You will play a key role in supporting the team's sales strategy and contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and account management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry or related technical expertise is a plus
• Analytical skills for market research and performance assessment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tracking tools
• Candidate should know Hindi, English mandatory and any south indian language is a plus.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in both office and remote environments
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-4 Years Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in AHU, Chiller, Pumps, Air management or related industries
