5+ years in hands-on C++ development

1. Analyze and understand the existing C / C++ codebase and its functionality.

2. Lead the design and development of C++ components in the rearchitected solution.

3. Collaborate with cloud architects and Azure engineers to ensure seamless integration.

4. Guide and mentor a team of 2–3 junior C++ developers.

5. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

6. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

7. Document technical designs and implementation details.

Mandatory skills :

1. Strong proficiency in C++ (11 / 14 / 17) and C programming.

2. Familiarity with file I / O, data serialization, multicast protocol, streaming data processing.

3. Ability to reverse-engineer and understand legacy code.
