About the Cradlewise Design Team

Cradlewise Design is a close-knit team of User-Experience Designers, Visual Designers and Video editors from all over India. We create experiences to help every family sleep and live better, through science-driven solutions, and it's the role of the team to humanize and create every touchpoint with empathy and support.

About the Role

Cradlewise is looking to hire a Full-Time Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering customer-centric user experiences across all our products and services - the Cradlewise app and web portal. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and have a strong understanding of User Experience Design, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Conduct user research, build user flows and journeys, and create high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and human factors principles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web and mobile application design and technology.
• Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (growth, tech, content and marketing teams) to bring designs to life.
• Present and communicate design solutions effectively.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Co-create the subscriptions product at Cradlewise from 0 to 1, iterate on experiments and funnels to improve user retentiveness and feature love.

Academic Qualification

Bachelors or MA / MS degree (or higher) in Design (interaction, graphic or visual communication) or equivalent practical experience.
