The candidate will be responsiblefor developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies across variousdigital platforms. This role requires proficiency in managing campaigns onsocial media, video, display, programmatic, native, and audio advertisingplatforms. The successful candidate will be skilled in optimizing metrics likeimpressions, reach, frequency, views, clicks, CTR, and VTR to enhance campaignperformance and achieve branding objectives.

What you will do : Social Platforms

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) : Expertise in managing brand awareness campaigns. Optimization includes :
  • Impressions : Increase visibilitythrough strategic ad placements
  • Reach & Frequency : Adjustsettings to maximize audience exposure and control how often they see the ads
  • Views & VTR : Optimize videoad placements to increase view-through rates
  • Clicks & CTR : Enhance adcreative and targeting to drive click-through rates
  • LinkedIn : Proficiency inleveraging sponsored content and sponsored InMail. Optimization includes :
  • Impressions & Reach : Targetprofessional audiences to boost visibility
  • Views : Optimize content forhigher engagement rates
  • Clicks & CTR : Improve adrelevance and targeting to enhance click-through rates
  • Twitter : Knowledgeable inmanaging promoted tweets and trends. Optimization includes :

  • Instant Reserve : Ensure highimpressions and reach with premium visibility
  • Display Advertising (e.g.,Google Display Network (GDN) : Proficient in managing display ads.
  • Programmatic Advertising(e.g., DV360) : Skilled in programmatic buying for display and video ads,including OTT platforms.
  • Native Advertising (e.g.,Outbrain, Taboola) : Skill in crafting compelling native ads that align withthe look and feel of publisher sites likelihood of brand awareness, visibility,engagement and recall.
  • Contextual targeting : Skillin serving brand’s ads alongside relevant content / keywords of the web pages,increasing the likelihood of brand awareness, visibility, engagement andrecall.
  • Audio Advertising (e.g.,Spotify, Podcasts, etc.) : Proficiency in placing audio ads.
  • Analytics and Insights Tools(e.g., GWI, Comscore, Google Insight Finder, Reach Planner, Data.ai,Similarweb) : Ability to use these tools for audience insights, campaignperformance analysis, and optimizing branding strategies.

    Requirements

  • BE (any stream)from a reputed engineering college (Preferred) Brief Stage
  • Understand client briefsthoroughly and proactively engage with clients to ask necessary questions thatmight be missing but are crucial for starting media strategy development
  • Comprehend the client’sobjectives or suggest one along with associated success metrics if the clientis uncertain
  • Utilize audience insights todetermine appropriate targeting and platforms relevant to the product andbrand, based on the decoded brief and the agreed-upon success metrics Media Planning
  • After defining the mediastrategy, targeting, and platforms, develop a media plan with a balanced mediamix across selected digital platforms based on allocated budgets. If the clientis uncertain or unsure about the budget, suggest the required amount whileensuring successful delivery of defined objectives and success metrics Campaign Execution andOptimization :
  • Ensure successful execution ofcampaigns while managing and optimizing defined success metrics
  • Deliver results consistently,with the majority of campaigns exceeding defined success metrics benchmarks Review and Reporting :
  • Strategize and create monthly andannual review decks based on campaign performance
  • Present these review decks toclients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future strategies
