You’ll translate business goals into clear, testable requirements, design risk-based test strategies that prioritize customer value, and validate End to End flows across multiple solutions.

You’re comfortable with stakeholders and apply business acumen to make testing more effective. 60; Key Responsibilities 60; Business-Facing Analysis & Delivery 60; Assist with discovery; capture epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 60; Build process flows and field / API mappings (JSON) that tie tests to business outcomes. 60; Define scope, priorities, and success metrics; provide clear status reports and demos / playbacks. 60; Plan and facilitate UAT (scripts, execution, acceptance sign-off); manage change requests. 60; Quality Assurance 60; Define risk-based test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT) focused on high-value paths. 60; Perform API testing with Postman; validate JSON / XML, auth, headers, status codes, and schemas. 60; Execute UI testing for web and mobile; log defects with repro steps, impact, severity / priority. 60; Validate data with SQL (joins, filters, aggregates) 60; Maintain traceability (requirements → test cases → defects → release notes). 60; Collaboration & Communication 60; Work with developers, architects, BAs, and PMs. 60; Communicate status and risks clearly to client stakeholders and internal leadership. 60; Contribute to Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives). 60; Skills Needed 60; 60; 4 years combined BA + QA experience on web or mobile projects. 60; Postman for API testing and strong knowledge of JSON / XML validation. 60; Experience with one or more automation frameworks 60; 60; Familiarity with .NET Core applications, native iOS / Android app testing, and Salesforce QA. 60; SQL querying skills for backend validation. 60; Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation is a plus. 60; Soft Skills 60; Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. 60; Clear, effective communication with global teams. 60; Ability to adapt quickly across technologies and industries. 60; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 60; Self-driven and proactive in quality ownership. 60; Education 60; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 60; Recruitment Process & Technical Testing : 60; 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including : 60; Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation. 60; Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions. 60; Technical Test – Covering SQL 60; Powered by JazzHR
