Position - Business Development Specialist

Location : Remote

Experience - 1-3 Years

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry, particularly with MSP programs and GCC clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and delivering staffing solutions across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition-

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises).
  • Pitch staffing solutions (temporary, permanent, contract-to-hire, RPO, etc.).
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospects.

Client Relationship Management -

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Upsell or cross-sell recruitment services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations.
  • Market & Competitor Research-

  • Understand industry trends, hiring demands, and niche markets.
  • Analyze competitors' offerings and pricing.
  • Collaboration with the recruitment Team
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to recruiters.
  • Help prioritize open roles based on urgency and revenue potential.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management-

  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing.
  • Finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting
  • Track revenue, conversion rate, fill rate, client acquisition cost, etc.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Note - Having their own laptop is a must. Maharashtra candidates are preferred.
