Job description

FriendsSquare is looking for an Organisational Psychologist (1–2 years of experience) to join our growing team!

If you’re passionate about applying psychology to workplaces and want to work on impactful programs with diverse organisations, this could be the perfect fit for you.

📍 Location : Remote (must be based in Bangalore )

🕓 Experience : 1–2 years

What you’ll be working on :

  • Designing and delivering behavioural & leadership development programs
  • Supporting client engagements end-to-end — from discovery to delivery
  • Facilitating workshops and assessments
  • Collaborating with internal teams for content creation, proposals & execution

What we’re looking for :

  • A degree in Psychology (Organisational / I-O preferred)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in L&D / behavioural training / org consulting
  • Excellent communication & facilitation skills
  • Proactive, structured, and excited to grow with a dynamic team
