Cloud Architect (Infrastructure)

Job Description

Danfoss Group IT & Digital is s eeking an experienced and passionate Cloud Architect (infrastructure) with a focus on public cloud and platform engineering to join our Infrastructure Architecture team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our hybrid and multi cloud infrastructure architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for the developer experience. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop and implement cloud platform servicesthat meet the needs of our business.

As a part of the Platform engineering journey, you are a vital part of the team, as we implement a multi and hybrid cloud approach based on AWS, Azure, GCP and private cloud.

Job Responsibilities

In Your Daily Job You Will

• Analyze the current state, design, and develop architecture road maps for future implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and application requirements then translate them into scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Drive our adoption of Cloud technologies by designing and implementing a hybrid cloud architecture according to industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up to date on the latest cloud technologies and approaches related to platform engineering.
• Advocate for developer-centric infrastructure and tooling.
