This role is a cornerstone leadership position responsible for end-to-end operational excellence — spanning procurement, logistics, production, and supply chain coordination

The Role :

• The GM-Operations person will lead end-to-end operations in the collection, QA-QC, processing, conversion and distribution of human breast milk-based products for Neolacta markets nationally.
• Will plan, co-ordinate, and manage end-to-end processes and ensure the availability of other products manufactured by contract manufacturers from anywhere in the country.
• The role requires strategic oversight of sourcing, production, quality systems, and cold-chain supply management under the highest safety and regulatory standards.
