Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Greater Noida for a Head of Department (Pharmacy) at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology. Responsibilities include overseeing the academic and operational functions of the Pharmacy department, managing curriculum development, mentoring staff and students, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The role also involves strategic planning, research initiatives, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards to foster an innovative and dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of works experience in related field
• Ph.D. qualification in Pharmacy or a related field preferred
• Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Medicine is essential.
• Strong skills in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Strategic Planning are required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and foster collaborative environments within academic and professional settings.
• Prior experience in an academic or research leadership role is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining excellence in education and adherence to accreditation standards.
