Job Description :

As a Head of Design, you will define the visual and conceptual direction of our agency’s campaigns, ensuring that every creative output aligns with client goals and brand vision. You will mentor design teams, collaborate across departments, and oversee high-impact projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead creative ideation and conceptual development across campaigns.
Supervise Art Directors, Designers, and Motion Designers to ensure visual excellence.
Collaborate with strategy, content, and account teams for cohesive campaign execution.
Present concepts and solutions to clients with clarity and confidence.
Stay updated on design, advertising, and cultural trends.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

10+ years of agency experience with proven leadership in creative teams.

Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative thinking.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
