Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role at Sudhir Memorial Institute Liluah, located in Howrah. The Admissions Counselor will handle a range of responsibilities, including guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the institution. Additionally, they will engage in customer service, manage enrollment-related tasks, and coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless admission experience. The counselor will also play a proactive role in student outreach and maintain accurate records related to applications and admissions.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to address inquiries and provide empathetic support
• Sales-oriented skills to effectively promote the institution and its offerings
• Experience in education-related roles and familiarity with admission procedures is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, such as Education, Communications, or Administration

Experience : 2-3 years as Counselor
