Business Development Officer
This role involves driving deal origination, client acquisition and strategic partnerships within the private equity ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market research, networking and consultative selling to convert high-value relationships into M&A advisory and transformation mandates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Originate & qualify opportunities with PE firms, portfolio companies and corporates across priority sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline of buy-side, sell-side and transformation mandates
- Develop trusted relationships with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, Investment Directors and CXOs
- Partner with consulting teams to convert qualified leads into signed engagements
- Conduct sector / company research to support targeting, diligence and proposals
- Track KPIs and continuously improve outreach and conversion strategies
Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance or Management, or related fieldsThree years of experience in business development, consulting, investment banking or PE / M&AOutstanding communication, analysis and relationship-building skillsProven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced global environmentBenefits :
