Job descriptionDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and key financial performance metrics. Prepare investor / board reports, support due diligence processes, and maintain transparent financial Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.). Track and analyse core SaaS growth metrics - including MRR / ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and burn multiple - to drive actionable business insights. Manage cash flow planning, working capital, and treasury operations. Build and lead a high-performing finance team across controllership, FP&A, and compliance. Identify and implement automation opportunities and financial systems to efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Chartered Accountant with 1215 years of experience. Strong exposure to finance in SaaS or product-based startups (highly preferred). Ability to manage both strategic and operational finance responsibilities. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with comfort working in fast-paced startup environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
