Key Responsibilities : Architecting Assurance, Driving Excellence

• Automation Framework Leadership : Architect, implement, and optimize robust and reusable test automation frameworks leveraging industry-leading tools and design patterns
• Strategic Test Development : Collaborate intimately with cross-functional development teams during the shift-left testing phase to meticulously analyze product requirements, define comprehensive test strategies, and design impactful test cases that ensure feature resilience and performance at scale
• Lifecycle Ownership : Drive the full test automation lifecycle, from test case selection and test data management to execution and comprehensive reporting, ensuring quality gates are rigorously applied
• CI / CD Integration : Seamlessly integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines, enabling continuous quality validation and accelerating release confidence
• Process Metamorphosis : Champion and contribute to the continuous refinement of our quality engineering processes and test automation frameworks, fostering a culture of proactive quality assurance and testability within the development lifecycle
