Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller at our Jalandhar campus. The Tele caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents to provide information about the courses and programs offered by CT Group of Institutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, answering inbound queries, maintaining call records, and following up with prospective students. The Tele caller will also assist with student enrollment processes and support marketing campaigns through targeted calling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with outbound and inbound calling
• Ability to maintain detailed call records and follow-up on leads
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in an educational institution or telesales environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
