JOB Purpose
The Senior HR Recruiter- C2H Hiring plays a
critical, delivery-driven role within the IT staffing team by leading end-to-end recruitment for niche and high-demand IT skills across subcontract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) models.
The role directly supports
business revenue, client satisfaction, and brand credibility by ensuring timely closure of positions with high-quality, compliant candidates. The incumbent is expected to act as a
subject-matter expert, and serve as a strong interface between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
This role aligns closely with the overall HR and business strategy by ensuring
speed, quality, compliance, and scalability in talent delivery.
Role and Responsibilities / KRAs
- IT Subcontract & C2H Hiring Delivery
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT subcontract and C2H positions across assigned clients and skill sets.
- Source, screen, assess, and submit high-quality candidates aligned to client requirements and timelines.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback cycles, offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining closures.
- Proper ATS handling and updates.
- Handle rate negotiations, candidate counseling, and closure management to ensure successful onboarding.
Expected Outcomes / Results
- Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Timely closures within agreed TATs.
- High offer-to-join ratio and minimal dropouts.
- Improved quality of submissions and client acceptance rates.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
Responsibilities
- Act as a single-point recruitment partner for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, ensuring quality submissions and to and fro conversations related to feedbacks and selection.

- High client satisfaction and repeat requirements served in minimum TAT.
- Organization Initiatives
Responsibilities
- Ensure participation in at least 2–3 organization initiatives, becoming the front face of the function.

Qualifications And Experience Requirements
ü Graduate only B.Tech degree and MBA in HR
ü 3-4 years of overall IT recruitment experience
ü Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in subcontract and/or C2H hiring
ü Proven experience in hiring niche and high-demand IT skills
