Marketing Associate

Dhruva Space is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with 1 - 3 years of experience to support and execute Marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and market engagement within the Deep Tech industry. This role, as part of the larger PR, Comms & Marketing team, offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Space-Tech while learning from experienced leaders and contributing meaningfully to a fast-growing startup environment.

This full-time, on-site role is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event-based platforms.

• Work with the PR, Comms & Marketing team in implementing strategic initiatives that promote Dhruva Space's offerings and values.

• Coordinate strategic content creation for social media, website updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

• Help manage and update the content calendar across all brand touchpoints.

• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, social engagement, and web traffic.

• Assist in organising and executing events, trade shows, and other brand activations.

• Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and relevant industry developments.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

• Liaise with external vendors, designers, and other external partners as needed for campaign execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

• 1 - 3 years of relevant Marketing experience, preferably in Deep Tech, Aerospace & Defence, or innovation-driven sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for storytelling and audience engagement.

• Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics dashboards, and content platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Zoho, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

• Passion for Space-Tech and curiosity about science, innovation, and emerging technologies.

• Organised, self-driven, and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
