  • Developer workflow acceleration
  • Integrate LLM tools into CI/CD or developer IDEs.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity and safety expectations.

5. Embedded Lab & HIL Infrastructure Support

  • Support daytoday operations of the embedded hardware lab.
  • Maintain and configure HIL racks, ECUs, test benches, power/IO interfaces.
  • Assist teams with physical test execution, flashing, instrumentation, and diagnostics.
  • Automate lab workflows (test scheduling, equipment control, reporting).
  • Monitor and maintain test environment reliability, availability, and calibration status.
  • Work with validation teams to triage HIL/system test failures and log data.

6. Collaboration & Cross-Team Support

  • Help software and validation teams rootcause build, test, and HIL issues.
  • Support ASPICE and ISO 26262 documentation requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation for pipelines, lab processes, and tooling.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10 years in DevOps, Software Tools, or CI/CD engineering.
  • Handson experience with TeamCity or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Parasoft C/C++test (static analysis + unit tests) or other quality frameworks.
  • Strong foundation in C/C++ compiler toolchains and embedded builds.
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience building LLMbased internal tools.
  • Experience maintaining embedded hardware labs or test benches.
  • Git proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tier1/Tier2 automotive embedded experience.
  • Familiarity with CAN/LIN/FlexRay tooling (Vector, Intrepid, Peak).
  • Experience automating HIL tests or hardware control.
  • Experience with RTOS, QNX, or AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Highly collaborative across software, systems, and test teams.
