Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Business Manager/Senior SEO executive(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and implementations to drive organic growth and improve online presence for our partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and page rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to implement necessary changes.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in backlinking SEO and off-page creation.
