Position : Operations Executive – NBFC Compliance & Operations

Reporting To : Operations Head / Compliance Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure compliance with RBI regulations within our NBFC operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of NBFC processes, RBI guidelines, and operational workflows in the fintech or lending sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end operational activities related to NBFC functioning, including loan disbursal, repayment tracking, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, P2P lending norms, and internal compliance policies.
Coordinate with the finance, credit, and tech teams for smooth execution of operational tasks.
Maintain and update records as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
Monitor transaction processes, ensure data accuracy, and support audit requirements.
Assist in preparing periodic operational and compliance reports for management and regulatory review.
Support the development and implementation of SOPs for NBFC operations.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in NBFC operations and RBI compliance.

Strong understanding of NBFC regulatory frameworks, KYC / AML norms, and operational controls.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
