Senior Engineer / Engineer – Customer Support & Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of Automated Test Equipment at customer sites
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electronic systems and PCBs
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training
• Assist customers with test procedures and diagnostic workflows
• Prepare service reports and support documentation
• Support AMC activities and service quotations

Required Skills:

• Electronics troubleshooting and PCB diagnostics
• Test & Measurement Instruments
• Computer hardware and OS installation
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
