HSE Risk Specialist - HSE TPRM

Summary

• In alignment with Novartis company strategy to 'Embrace Operational Excellence' and the Novartis Business Services – Real Estate & Facility Services strategy, the purpose of this role is to facilitate the implementation of the Global HSE Strategy by providing technical expertise and guidance to regional and site management in all Novartis organizations in the EMEA / Asia / Americas region. -Oversees HSE support, programs and initiatives in EMEA / Asia / Americas region as well as providing global coordination on various HSE topics and programs / Biosafety / Radiation -Safety / Environment / Technical Safety / PiE & Waste Water / Process Safety management -Strategic lead in the site. To develop open and trustworthy relationship to the authorities, the public and the business. Act as responsible of HSE for local site and country. -To establish and maintain Health Safety and Environment and Business Continuity Management systems that will support and assist line managers to comply with local health, safety and environmental legislation & global documents. -Coordinate the implementation and execution of procedures, standards and policies of Health, Safety and Environment, to prevent accidents, disease prevention and protect environmental.
