Job descriptionMD in Pediatrics Fellowship or DrNB in Pediatric Critical Care Strong clinical acumen and ability to work in high-pressure environments Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies and on-calls
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the PICU department
- Provide clinical care to inpatients and emergency pediatric cases
- Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate closely with consultants and follow clinical protocols
- Support in emergency procedures and stabilization of patients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital standards and patient safety practices
