We’re looking for a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Workday technologies to join our team and drive innovative solutions across our HR and Finance systems.

Experience : 6-8 years

Location : Chennai

Notice Period : 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture and development of Workday Studio integrations and Workday Reports
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Ensure seamless integration between Workday and existing systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Optimize system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate training and create detailed documentation for stakeholders
Support Finance & Accounting teams with impactful Workday solutions
Stay current with the latest Workday trends and best practices

Requirements :

6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration, including Studio and Reports

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with Devices / SPM and Finance & Accounting domains

Proactive mindset and eagerness to stay ahead of the curve in tech

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
