AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's ethos, marketing goals, and business objectives.
- Drive a content calendar across channels (digital, print, social, in-store) to ensure consistent storytelling and timely execution.
- Translate the brand’s unique philosophy into compelling narratives that strengthen its premium positioning.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of writers and content creators.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creativity and excellence within the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including visual design, marketing, design, and digital to ensure content aligns with broader brand initiatives.
Creative Direction & Execution
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content, including campaign concepts, social media content and copy, video scripts, newsletters, and lookbooks.
- Maintain the brand’s distinctive voice and visual language across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Optimization
- Use data-driven insights to measure content performance and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in content creation, editorial leadership, or brand storytelling, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and storytelling for a discerning audience.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in managing content for both digital and traditional platforms.
