Data Scientist(Gen AI/LLM)

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining data-driven solutions that directly impact business outcomes. A key part of your work will involve leveraging your expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create innovative products and enhance existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Design, build, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other GenAI models to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and implement solutions using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science, machine learning, and GenAI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM development, including fine-tuning and deployment of models.
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and relevant libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and management.
• A strong background in machine learning fundamentals, NLP, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
