Job Requirements
Work Experience
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, clean canteen environment.
- Quality Control: Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality, efficiency, and proper portion control.
- Compliance: Ensure all food handling, preparation, and serving follows health and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Suppliers: Manage stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Staff Training: Train employees and enforce company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and conduct.
- Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of both kitchen and dining areas.
- Daily Logistics: Prepare the canteen for daily operations, including setup and closing duties (cleaning/restocking).
Work Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Canteen
- Experience in Food industry
- Diploma / B.Sc in Catering / Hotel Management
